He spent two seasons (2018&2019) as Sports Performance Specialist for Tennessee’s own USL Pro Soccer Club, Nashville SC.

His commitment to excellence has proved evident in his developmental programing & training maturation of middle and high school athletes. He has partnered with Tennessee State Soccer Association to provide “Pro Level Programming” to both ODP and their young & talented athletes. Throughout the past 5 years,he has enjoyed working with local high schools and interacting with the community.

In 2014, Stacey held the role of Performance Director for Tennessee Soccer Club. He hosted All Club Performance Testing and analytical data pertaining to individual teams and developmental age ranges. He delivered all season programming, while bringing prevalent information to coaches and parents. Previous to arriving in Tennessee in 2013, he was employed by the world renowned sports institution: IMG Academy. Stacey’s 11(02'-13')years at IMG was spent researching the performance industry and refining his craft through hands-on application. His experience includes leading dual gender sport specific performance training and year around multi season programming for the Hockey, Golf, Baseball, Basketball, Soccer and Tennis Academy. For the entirety of his stay in Florida he was highly involved with the U-17 National Soccer Team. In 2006, he led performance development for the Team in preparation of the World Cup and Pre-Qualifying events. Based on his soccer-specific expertise, he was sought out to work with MLS’ Real Salt Lake in their second season. He developed collaborative programs that targeted team goals, position specific demands and injury prevention & management through the use of speed education, balance & mobility,  strength & power implementation, match preparation and recovery.

In 2003-2006 Coach Daniels focused his attention on a spectrum of professional athletes. He trained individuals for the NFL Combine, NBA and MLS Draft and in the process learned what it took to achieve a superior level. He formulated that success wasn’t based on significant change, but by being intentional, disciplined and giving daily effort. It became clear that a well rounded understanding went beyond a  “position”. In fact, performance was not directly related to success, but a consideration of perseverance, character and relationships with others.

In 2012 he was appointed the Assistant Head of Physical Conditioning. He managed performance sponsors such as Gatorade, UnderArmour, SPRI as well as a collective staff of coaches, graduate assistants and interns. During the summer of 2012 and 2011, Daniels presented with Peter Twist (International Sports & Fitness Coach and CanFit Pro Presenter of the Year), and Todd Durkin (Head of UnderArmour Council) at IDEA. While as a Master Trainer and Instructor for Ignite360 (formerly Combine360), Coach Daniels traveled the world inspiring others through education and life skills. In 2010, Stacey was an integral part of creating curriculum for an UnderArmour powered brand called Combine360. A comprehensive assessment was created that would assist in understanding the traits of the developing athlete;such as acceleration, long speed, agility, conditioning capacity, biomechanical function, nutrition and vision.  Daniels tested thousands of athletes from 9-18 years old.
